Our Entrepreneurship and Skills Training Program equips youth, women, and community members with the tools to succeed in an ever-changing economy. We recognize that unemployment and lack of opportunities remain major challenges, especially among young people and marginalized groups. To address this, we provide practical, hands-on training combined with mentorship and access to resources that empower individuals to create their own paths to financial independence.
The program goes beyond classroom learning—it emphasizes real-world application, innovation, and problem-solving. Participants are taught how to identify market gaps, develop business plans, and apply financial literacy in order to build sustainable enterprises. Through vocational courses, entrepreneurship workshops, and one-on-one mentorship, we nurture both technical expertise and entrepreneurial confidence.
We also create opportunities for learners to connect with local businesses, investors, and industry professionals who can provide guidance, funding pathways, and networking opportunities.
